I am so excited to share my space and skills with you! I have thought about my guests throughout every aspect of my business planning. From the look, feel, smell, quality of products and customized approach; I want you to love your experience at Muse Beauty Bar. That being said every small business needs to set policies and boundaries. It is a way of caring for ourselves so we can care for you! Please take the time to read our studio polices below and feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Studio Policies

*All appointments require a credit card on file to book. No exceptions.

Lateness:

We have taken the time to prepare the entire studio specifically for you. Lateness disrupts not only the length of your service but also the client after you. Please be considerate of everyone’s time. Depending on how late you arrive your service may be shortened, or you make be asked to reschedule.

Permanent Makeup Clients:

No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the tattoo studio; please do not bring children.
We are required to make a copy of your driver’s license for insurance purposes; this is a tattoo studio.
It is your responsibility to fully read the pre & post care instructions and FAQ section found on www.musebeautybarllc.com as it will greatly impact your results.

Cancellations/No-show Policy:

Appointments must be canceled prior to the cancellation deadline (a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time) to avoid being charged. All no-call/no-shows and appointments canceled with less than the 24-hour cancellation policy will be charged automatically to the credit card on file for 50% of your total appointment cost. No-shows and last minute cancellations do not allow us adequate time to fill the space with another guest. This results in loss of income for our service providers and our local small business.

For cancellations made prior to the 24-hour cancellation window - all deposits associated with this appointment are non-refundable but will be applied to your next visit in the form of store credit. You may use this store credit towards services or retail merchandise. However, in the event you decide not to become a customer please reach out to us and we will refund your deposit minus the transaction fee (currently 3.9%) Muse Beauty Bar LLC was charged.

Rescheduling Your Appointment:

Please text or call 484-759-9297 to reschedule your appointment directly - DO NOT create another appointment as the system will charge you another deposit!

*Rudeness to providers and other clients will not be tolerated. You will be dismissed as a guest without refund.
