I am so excited to share my space and skills with you! I have thought about my guests throughout every aspect of my business planning. From the look, feel, smell, quality of products and customized approach; I want you to love your experience at Muse Beauty Bar. That being said every small business needs to set policies and boundaries. It is a way of caring for ourselves so we can care for you! Please take the time to read our studio polices below and feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Muse Policies

*All appointments require a credit card on file to book. No exceptions. 

*Please note: All debit/credit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge. To avoid this fee, Venmo and cash are accepted.

Lateness:

We have taken the time to prepare the entire studio specifically for you. Lateness disrupts not only the length of your service but also the client after you. Please be considerate of everyone’s time. Depending on how late you arrive your service may be shortened, or you make be asked to reschedule.

Permanent Makeup Clients:

  • No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the tattoo studio; please do not bring children.

  • We are required to make a copy of your driver’s license for insurance purposes; this is a tattoo studio.

  • We are required to take before and after photos for insurance purposes.

  • It is your responsibility to fully read the pre & post care instructions and FAQ section found on www.musebeautybarllc.com as it will greatly impact your results.

Cancellations/No-show Policy:

  • Please download the Pocketsuite app from the Apple or Play Store to manage your appointments

  • Appointments must be canceled prior to the cancellation deadline (a minimum of 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time) to avoid being charged.

    • Appointment no-shows, and appointments cancelled in less than 12 hours will incur a 100% charge of the service price. No-call, no-show appointments significantly impact small businesses by disrupting their schedules and leading to lost revenue opportunities. These missed appointments can prevent other potential customers from booking valuable time slots, ultimately affecting the business's efficiency and profitability. ​

    • Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours will incur a 50% charge of the service price booked. As it does not allow us adequate time to fill the space with another guest.  

    • Please call or cancel online through the app at lease 24-hours in advance to avoid a service charge. 

    • In the event you decide not to become a customer and have already paid a deposit; please reach out to us prior to the cancellation deadline and we will refund your deposit minus the transaction fees that Muse Beauty Bar LLC was charged to process your credit card.

  • We hate to enforce cancellation policies because we value each customer and understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, as a small business, these measures are necessary to ensure operational stability and to continue providing high-quality services to all our clients. ​​Imagine if you were scheduled to work at your job, but at the last minute, your employer canceled your shift without warning. You’d be left without the income you were counting on and unable to fill the time with other productive work. This is similar to how short notice and no-show appointments affect my small business.

  • Please download and create an account within the Pocketsuite app from the Apple or Play Store to manage your appointments. Or you may call 484-759-9297 to reschedule your appointment directly. â€‹
