She does a great job of explaining the process as she is going through it, asks for feedback and any changes you would like and spends the time to make sure you are happy with shape, color and process. I never once felt rushed or like I was asking too many questions of her. She is passionate about talking it through with you and making sure you’re informed and making educated decisions. Melissa is so patient, calm and really loves what she does! She was accommodating, flexible and reliable. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you went elsewhere and I can’t wait to see her again for my color boost.
